We are now looking to recruit Cisco 1st & 2nd Line Network Support Engineers to work variable shift patterns within our new Global Network Operations Facility in Brno, Czech Republic.
Duties will include:
* Creation of trouble tickets for customers and taking ownership of faults through to resolution
* Ensuring any faulty is cleared within required SLA, escalating faults as required in order to meet the SLA
* Liaison with field engineers and customers in relation to fault resolution and monitor and control the repair process
* Instigate management and technical escalation procedures as laid down in the nscglobal escalation procedure.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
* Experience of working within a customer facing environment
* Formal technical training within telecomms or relevant experience gained in the NOC / Service Desk
* Experience within a remedy or similar ticketing system
* CCNA qualified or experience upto CCNA level
